Notes
Ran with Dan at Rock Bridge. It was a beautiful day for a run but a bit windy on the bluffs. I ran 2 miles on the Devils Ice Box side before he got there and then we ran on the Gans Creek side. It has been awhile since we ran over there and I am sure I have never run the way we ran today. It was hard to see the trails in places due to the leaves and the sun. I wasn't worried about getting lost since it always seems I can run over there and eventually find myself on a familiar trail. We had a good run and I didn't run too hard. Legs were sore but felt strong and enjoyed the run. We stopped a few times to figure out where to go and not sure I stopped my watch the entire time.
