Notes
We have not run this course in quite awhile but decided to run the A route. Ran the first mile warm-up with Destiny. I purposely started a little faster than usual and set the pace. After turning on Rollins, the others running behind me picked up the pace. I stayed with them until after crossing Stadium Blvd. and eventually was passed by quite a few people which was fine with me since I didn't want to push too hard on the course. Dan caught up to me and we ran together at a pretty pace until the end. I think my pace is one of the fastest I have run on this course and it felt easier than usual today probably due to tapering last week and not running yesterday. I did notice the first 6 miles felt really easy and the last 3 legs were feeling tired, but I didn't feel wiped out when we finished.
