Mizuno Wave Alchemy 7 (Red/Blue)
Interval workout of different intensities on the treadmill. Warm up and then 7.5, 8, 9, 10 each for a minute and later held 10 for 2 minutes and repeat. The only way I can stand treadmill anymore is to mess with it every minute or two.
