Easy recovery run on the MKT. I was hoping to start at Scott Blvd & run out 5 mi but that area is flooded. Started at Forum and ran to bridge construction site & then Twin Lakes and out to Chapel Hill. Since I planned no hills, I headed back to car and had 5 mi. Very humid so left long sleeve shirt in car. Then ran out toward Stadium. About 0.3 mi of the trail is washed out. I am sure we will here some complaining if we try to run that way Tu/Th. It is bad, but runnable and over quickly. I ran up Providence a bit and back on trail for the last 5 mi. Pace picked up the last 2 mi even over the rough trail. Quads were sore during run and need to recover. Otherwise, legs felt good.
