Notes
I ran alone since I didn't know the time had changed. My pace was horrible and it wasn't even muddy. Trails were in great shape. I ran 2 miles on the Gans side but was so overgrown, I decided to go run the other 7 on other side. Much nicer and it was a beautiful morning. I kind of enjoyed taking it extremely easy. Back felt better but again my excuse for being so slow is I was very tired. I had a decent night's sleep and was about to fall over from exhaustion in church. I could not keep my eyes open.
