Run with the Lunatics. I was a little apprehensive about this run. The plan was to run 15 mi marathon pace after a 2 mi warm up. I was feeling really run down last night, sore, and tired. The weight workouts are going to have to end soon since they are taking everything out of me. I may do one more before HOA or maybe not. After 3 miles, got up to near marathon pace and felt good for the 13 miles to the end at this pace. Ran with Andy & Bill. Ryan ran part of the course with us. Tom, Sam, and Phil were not too far behind us. Everyone seemed to have a good run. Lately, seems like my Sat. run is the only one where I can run faster.
