Group met at 7 am for a run. We were supposed to do Diner run but somehow that got changed to a few short loops on the trail. Hugh and I were only planning on running 30 min so we could go to the pie run so I turned it into a 30 min run. Based on this run, I thought my goal for the 10K Pie run would be 45 min. This run felt okay. Supposed to sleep in today and I was awake at 4 am.
