Everyone else ran Hugh's Hulen Hills. I ran out and back on the trail. I found today that most people in the group are faster than a 12 min pace. A few warmed up behind me at that pace, but passed me before they turned at Twin Lakes. My pace did creep up a little faster each mile.

This is kind of interesting to go from being one of the fastest runners in the group to one of the slowest. It will slowly get better for me. I am lucky to be running and that I stopped what I was doing before I made the bulging disc worse. This slow pace does not hurt me and I have better mobility after the run.
