Post marathon recovery run with Dan and Phil. Ankle was a little stiff to start off and quads are a little sore. Things have been worse and I felt lucky to run 3 miles. We probably could have gone further, but 3 seemed to be enough to loosen things up and I was walking better after we finished. Our good conversation distracted us too.
