I haven't been too unmotivated to run, but a hill repeat trail run sounded appealing so went with Hugh to Rock Bridge. He ran home and I went to the big hill on the Gans Creek area and did 7 pretty slow hill repeats. Took it easy up and down the hill and could barely make it up and had to walk a few steps. This hill is quite short but a killer. I spend about 20 min "running" up and down. The 7 repeats only covered about a mile. It is a great workout to keep running up and down. I then went over to the other mostly grassy area and thought about doing repeats on a longer hill there but was running out of time. I exited the area and got on Rock Quarry and headed back to the car. I'm lucky I didn't get eaten by ticks and chiggers. Only found 2 ticks and I think I escaped chiggers even though I didn't use repellent.
