Notes
Overall went well but my 8th slowest HOA out of 11. Weather was cool but humid and some brutal wind for the first 3.5 miles or so. Couldn't really find my groove to run the pace I wanted but was able to mostly maintain the pace I was running without slowing down too much. By the time I was done my head hurt, throat hurt and I just felt achy all over. Feeling better now.
