Notes

Ran with Hugh. I ran the first 2 miles easy, and the next 2 marathon pace, and 1 mile cooldown. Part of the paved pedestrian trail we ran on was REALLY uneven and with tree roots growing up through the pavement. We stayed on the bike trails on the way back which were in much better shape.
