Notes
Tired today due to not enough sleep, but felt very relaxed. Ted Z. caught up to me and I ran with him and Tom H. Near the end Ted could see someone ahead of us and kept wondering who it might be so we sped up and mile 7 pace was a bit faster. Turned out it was Tom M. and he had gotten ahead of us since we went under the road. Last 0.4 mi was a cool down, but most of that mile was very fast since he did not slow down after we caught Tom. I felt like this run was a good conversational pace until the last 0.2 mi I ran with Ted when he picked up to a sub 6 pace. Overall, a good run and didn't run it too hard.
