Mizuno Wave Alchemy 8 (Blue/Silver)
After the Sandbagger race we went to Bethel park to watch the State games cross country 5k and then took a short recovery run with Dan and Phil. We used part of the grassy cross country course in our cool down so pace was pretty slow.
