I ran part of the HOA course starting at Rock Bridge Elementary. I ran Easely hill 5 times to add 3 extra miles and get some extra hills. After running it 5 times, it didn't seem that bad so I am thinking maybe I should do this more often and to all the bad hills on the course. The first time up was the most difficult. Kept the pace including the hill repeats very easy. This was a good training for HOA since got in the time I will likely be out running assuming I can run it in less than 3:09.
