Notes
I really considered waiting until this afternoon to run when it would be warmer and not raining. However, I woke up so decided to get it over with. Andy P. was the only other person that showed up at 7 am. I was feeling yesterday's run so just started out with him. At 8:00, Leland and Steve showed up so Steve ran 10 more miles with me. I was glad to be done. The rain and mud weren't so bad since it wasn't cold. I wore my rain jacket so was warm during the run but couldn't seem to warm up after. Legs are toast and body is tired.
