Notes
Went in to work early today so I could leave early and run at Rock Bridge with a little daylight left. Ran on the Devils Ice box side. Skipped the grasslands. Made it through about 5 miles and then had to leave on my light. Actually, I wasn't the only crazy person out running in the dark since there were 2 women running together and another woman walking in the dark. Weather was perfect, squirrels were very active, and leaves smelled great. Very enjoyable run. I guess I shouldn't have rated yesterday's quality so high since this run was much better. Ran a comfortable easy pace and when it got dark I had to slow down a bit.
