Notes
Started out running with Dan and apparently he was feeling REALLY good since I was pushing it to keep up. However, I was getting sucked in while I hung back behind with Phil. I felt good on the downhills and eventually caught up to Dan. Then I fell behind again once he started running with Phil. Dan extended the run into the Highlands and Phil followed the course. At this point, Dan slowed a bit and I caught him. Miles 3 and 4 were hard and the rest was pretty easy.
