Notes
Started at MKT Stadium at 6:30 with Andy S., Dan H., Kurt, and Hugh. We ran out and back and then met the rest of the group at 7. Dan, Bob, and I ran to the spur, and then picked up the old Columbia Half course. Dan headed back on trail and I finished with Bob. It got kind of warm but a good pace to be running since I don't need to go too crazy with the pace while I am winding down for my 100 mi attempt on June 5.
