Notes
I wanted to run 18 miles today, but did not have a planned course. I wasn't in the mood to spend all afternoon out on the trails. I took the Red Box movie on this run and was going to return at Nifong Gerbes, but it was out of order. Rather than back track to HyVee or Wal-Mart, I decided I would run to the Broadway Hyvee and figured it would make my run 18 miles. First 9 miles felt pretty good. The last half I was more tired. I had to stop at Stadium trailhead for a bathroom break. I ran around the Hollywood Theatre parking lot and to home which was 18 miles. Hugh, Bruno, and Rusty were just arriving from their walk.
