After warm up with Dan H. I set out to run. Kept pace really slow and it was very low impact. I really enjoyed this and have accepted this is now running for me. I am starting from below zero and I know it get better. It could be weeks or months so I don't really know how long. Already in one week, I have improved so I am thankful for some progress.
