Notes
Ran with Dan at Rock Bridge. I was feeling really cold and dressed a little too warmly. Trail was covered with leaves and I tripped a couple times landing on my hands. Legs were sore today but loosened up as we got into the run. The sun came out and there was little wind so helped to make it a good run.
