Excellent run at a crazy pace with Dan and Josh. Josh pulled ahead of us at about 5 mi. Then Dan ahead pulled ahead of me. Before Forum, I felt like I was about spent, but managed to keep Dan in my sights. I caught up to both on the downhill at the end. I was going so fast, I didn't want to slow down and passed them. Even though it was a hard effort felt good and probably needed a hard run like this. Definitely should help my speed to push like this.
