Dreadmill

Notes

3:1 intervals x 10. Treadmill run at gym. Distance only approximate because cleared it by accident. Maintained 12:45 pace for most of run intervals. Did one minute slower (13:02) and some faster (12-12:30). Felt pretty good overall, some sinus burning but heart rate was very comfortable. Treadmill run kinda boring. Good overall.
