Dreadmill

Notes

10:1 intervals x 3. Plus did a couple sprint strides at end. Did 12 min/mile for 10-minute segments, then got as fast as 9:30/m for strides. Felt okay overall but:

1. Hate the treadmill

2. Feel like I'm more out of breath on the treadmill

3. When I'm on the treadmill, seem to have the problem where my forehead muscles get tense and my eyes don't focus right. Not sure why.

OK overall.
