5:1 intervals x8. Very comfortable run. Cooler temperatures than recently. A little hungry, also ate a little close to run. Worked on trying to measure my pace, although I forgot some of the intervals along the way. Know that I ran intervals ranging from 12:12 to 13:54. My target is 12:39-13:09. So definitely still figuring out my pace. Nevertheless, a great, strong, confidence boosting run.
