Ran 3.1 miles. Walked only for about 5 seconds to lower heart rate. Felt good overall: legs, breathing, etc. Main issue: heart rate. Did okay through maybe first two miles, but for last third had a hard time keeping my pulse down. Hit 180 several times. Had to slow my pace and felt a little frustrated. But felt okay after the run, not wiped out. Even did a couple jog cool downs.
