Notes

10 min + 20 min + 15 min + 10 min, with 1-min walk intervals in between. My longest run to date. Did well overall. Heart rate and lungs felt okay. Felt winded in 20 minute stretch (which was the toughest) but rebounded some. Some sinus burning. But overall, not too bad for a big jump up in distance and longer stretches of running.
