10:1 intervals x 4. Legs felt dead from get go. Had done Wissahickon hike the day before; perhaps overtired. Was hungry and ate a snack less than one hour before run (probably 20 minutes); perhaps too close. Must have started out fast; breathing was labored early on. Added one minute of walking/reduced running twice, so that it was really 38 minutes of running and five minutes walking. Yet pace was still close to last time I did this workout, and ahead of what my "easy" pace should be. Need to try to slow down next time.
My head hurt as the run went on, and I felt wobbly on the way home.
Anyway, I survived.
