Notes

First 10 mile run. Took water and Shot Blox. Felt much better than last week; no headache or lack of energy. Took plain water with the Shot Blox and did not like how it tasted, especially the tap water. The bottled water I bought part way through was much colder and better (though having water meant I could splash my face, which was good). It was nearly 80 degrees and it was a little challenging to have the first really warm run coincide with my longest run ever. But I did okay. Mostly my legs are tired and sore. I definitely do not yet have legs for a 10 miler. My breathing/cardiovascular fitness seemed okay though. Anyway, I did it. I wish I didn't feel quite so exhausted, though.
