Notes

30:1 intervals x 2. Did first interval but felt very tired. Did 13 minutes of second interval but had to stop for water. Went into Super Fresh and paused watch for 5 minutes. Despite that, still had to walk for a few minutes after about 7 more minutes of running. But did run the end portion. Must have gone out way too fast because even despite walk portions and slow running at end, pace is close to target. Need to slow down for long runs. Also, should have eaten more beforehand. Need to figure out hydration issue. Okay overall, not great.

Also, felt some shin stiffness/mild pain. Need to track.
