Boy did I get out of shape. Was going to do 5 miles but felt too winded and it turned into 4. Did not help that it was very humid, but the real problem is missed training. I was away and then had a busy week and next thing you know, I missed a week and a half. But the real problem is that my overall miles are way down, now for both June and July. Need to get it going again for August so that I have time to train for my November race. Argh.
