Back to the annual Firecracker 10K. Ran the first 4 miles with Alexis until we caught up with Emma. Then Emma and Alexis ran to the finish while I ran back about 1 mile to Linda.
Ran/walked with Linda to the finish then. Hence, the extra mileages.
Felt good through the whole run. Wore my ankle brace just in case since I twisted my left ankle pretty good yesterday.
