Went out in 5:29 and just sort of faded. Not unexpected, and not a bad effort for the first 5k in 10 months at the end of back-to-back 70 mile weeks. Picked a few guys off in the last mile.
mta: figured out my whacked out splits were: 5:29, 6:00, 5:51. In other words how not to run a 5K.
