Mayor's Cup XC race.
First "hard" effort since the Catamount fiasco, on only about 3 weeks of 30 ish mpw under me so the bar was set really low.
A personal worst never felt so good. Hip/groin was not a problem at all during or after (or the next morning). Foot was a tad tender but did not affect me. No real issues other than being fat and out of shape--and I know how to fix that.
