I was running pretty well, went through 8 miles in 48:46 (6:05 pace) and felt great - ready to push hard to definitely go sub-6 in the last 2 miles. Then got a bad stitch coming off the bridge over 95 and locked up...lost about 20 places and probably a minute and a half. Sucked it up and finished. Oh well, one of these days I'll run a good 10-miler.
