Notes
Manged to make my way through Villa Borghese down into Piazza del Popolo and over to the river. Not too much traffic that early (Rome seems to rumble to life a little later than most big cities). A really beautiful morning. The river path was nice--flat and I could see some sights from it without worrying about traffic.
Legs were heavy after walking 7+ miles and running 4+ the day before, but really a lot less so that I would have thought.
