Easy with 6 x 30 second hill charges in front of the high school. Felt really *good* this morning. Cycling makes you stronger--who knew?

Like I don't feel fast, but I feel strong and balanced. Nothing is tight or hurts at all, and feel as if I could get back to fast with a few weeks of focused work.
