Yep, I raced yesterday. Lots of little post-race niggles, but mostly they all loosened up after a few Kenyan miles. Right calf was the sorest/tightest spot (felt like there was a solid knot in there) but even that felt okay after about 4-5 miles. Left foot, which last night I couldn't even put weight on, was basically fine--toes a little tingly at the beginning but it too felt better as I went.

Recovery is the priority this week.
