Well that went better than expected. I thought there was a good chance I'd have to bail out on the workout, or, best case I'd manage all 6 hill loops but none of them would be under 8 pace. It's been 6 months since I tried this workout and the last time was just before being diagnosed with Anemia so I guess I'm still just gun shy.
