Notes
So, I was watching a video somewhere, and someone was saying that they power walk up hills at about 15 minute miles. I've also done a run with another guy who could walk up hills nearly as fast as I could jog them. So today I went to a pretty good hill and practiced power walking.
The ups were tough. I struggled to keep 19 minute mile pace. My butt and hamstrings were really working.
So, I think this is probably something I should do more of.
Overall, good workout.
