Ran up the trail off Carson. It was more challenging than I remembered. I have not achieved mountain goat status. In fact, I'm not sure I'm a prairie goat yet... ;-)
Ended up walking about 1/3 of the way up. The way down was slower than I liked because of how steep, narrow, and technical the trail was. Worked a lot of muscles I don't normally use on a regular run. It was overall pretty good though...
