Notes
At the start I was really tired and sluggish. My plan was to just do the run nice and easy and enjoy it.
Hit the hill, and it was pretty hard. My goal was just don't stop. Which I accomplished, but not by a lot.
At the top, I just kinda started running along and almost accidentally started running pretty fast. The hills were easier, and I was negotiating the rocks easier. I started doing some math and decided that sub 12 was possible, so I injected a bit of effort.
That effort was contagious, and pretty soon I was cruising pretty quick. I negotiated the steep rocky downhill pretty well, and then just motored on the pavement at the end.
The early hills were hard, but I felt pretty strong on the later hills. I dunno. It was kinda wierd. I felt better at the end of the run than I did at the beginning... /shrug
I'll take it I guess...
