Wonderful pacing, hardly any stops on the way down. First "rest" stop was at 8.2 mile coming back on Danby. Shows what a downhill trend with mostly tailwind can do for you! A few more stops/walk breaks on the way home and most of the stop breaks were on the last two miles coming up McGrath. I haven't run much more than 12 and change in months so the last two miles were brutal. It was pretty clear when I hit 12.4 that my legs were saying "ok, that's it now." But struggled on the last few miles to home. Longest run in a long time! (no Riley today)
