Notes

Only did 3 x 3 minutes @ 8:00 with 2 minute recoveries, but that felt like enough. Spent time to lube the belt and calibrate the treadmill so got a late start. Had a hard time with my breathing, and just felt off today. Plan was 5 repeats but cut it at 3.
