Was going to call it easy but pushed the pace a bit on the way back up the hill, and holy cow look at that max HR in mile 8! Ouch. Not sure that's right, didn't feel bad but took a stop and walk break to bring it down a bit. Wore long sleeved shirt and shorts today.
