Kind of chilly but wore short sleeves and shorts anyway. A pretty good run with about 10 minutes of stop time, mostly up the big hill by Plant Kingdom and then on the way back up McGrath. Not sure why the 170 HR shows up on the way down McGrath, that can't be right.
