Burned about 280 calories. My heart monitor was registering really high like 170's when I wasn't going that fast, waspoor connection, not sweaty enough. Started by walking so that's why time is a bit slow. Did speed up to 8:30 pace at end doing .10 fast and .10 slower. Felt good and lifted upper body and core after.
