Almost forgot to do Training Peaks speed workout tonight. Warmed on gravel and wood chip trails and then did laps around the hay field. Did 1 mile in 8:31, ave HR 163, max HR 167 and did 1.5 miles in 12:12 (1m in 8:37, ave 164, max 170; .5m in 3:35, ave 169, max 175-all uphill). Happy with that!
