Working the weekend in Columbia. Got up early and got to the forest and on the trail by 6:40. The parking lot was half full, no worries about being here alone! Didn't run last night, got some good sleep, cooler temperature and was able to cruise this morning! Land speed record! Felt good too so feeling a little more encouraged about Cayuga 50m next weekend.
